The breakfast here was awesome, they had freshly made juices, special foods, and local dishes. My room was great too, with a huge comfy bed that I loved. 😊

We appreciated hotel's comfortable location!!
location: the hotel was adjacent to touristic attractions and a restaurant and several pubs and restaurants. stopped by tia maria to get some coffee and treats, it's quite a walk from the venue, recommend.

Great traditional Brazilian breakfast selection, plus some extras. Nice made-to-order omelette/waffle/manioc station, multiple juices, and even a huge carafe of hot chocolate. The exercise facilities were great- just the right size with the latest equipment (all in working order), beautiful views of the city and river, and calm pool. The staff was superb- very helpful and accommodating.

This is an old, tired hotel in need of a complete renovation. The lobby smells old and musty. The tiny rooms with their lack of charm, tiny single window, old beds and furniture and bright white fluorescent lights feel more like hospital wards than a hotel room. Not a place for romance or anything else. The size and depth of the rooftop pool is suitable only as a kiddies splash pool. You could never actually swim in it. Very few staff speak English. I have stayed in much better (and cheaper) hotels located just a short walk from this hotel.

The restaurant had good food, and we both had hot dishes; the location was convenient, with a Catholic temple just a short 10-15 minutes' walk away.

Big bed, huge room but without furniture or equipment.
Old hotel without staff. The pool seems to be abandoned, no staff on the pool bar. Terrace is not a nice place, almost no light during night Sauna was turned off, another deception Huge bathroom but nothing on it, just two towels. We called front desk for some soap and shampoo Poor breakfast quality, chemical juices, ... but wide variety Poor value for money paid It is a 3/4 star hotel

Great location close to touristic attractions and a supermarket; superb staff who were very helpful and accommodating; delicious breakfast with traditional Brazilian options and more; excellent exercise facilities with beautiful views and working equipment.
Nothing it was perfect.

Large room, comfy, noise free. Well suited for in-room working Breakfast is very-very good, Lunch is fantastic, prices OK.
Hotels in Brazil always come with very low cleaning standard in showers/baths. Why is so difficult to get rid of mold?. Two stars because the room and bed were clean, otherwise would be one star. Common areas not very attractive or limited: pool, lobby.

Conveniently located near a variety of eateries, including the popular “Estação das Docas” 🍽️, as well as pubs and restaurants. The rooms have comfortable beds, climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV for a cozy stay.

I had an amazing stay at a clean and modern hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The banquet staff went out of their way to meet our needs, and the food was excellent. The only drawback was the spotty wifi, but it didn't majorly affect my experience. I highly recommend this safe and clean property in Belem.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area. We enjoyed the fact that there were several attractions nearby that we could walk to. The staff was also friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We appreciated the fact that the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making for a relaxing getaway.
Our romantic escape was somewhat ruined by the outdated facilities and lack of amenities. The gym had old and broken equipment which made it difficult to use, and the pool was tiny and uninviting.

Great Breakfast and Location During my xmas stay, the breakfast offered a wide variety of freshly pressed juices and local delicacies that were a treat to my taste buds. the hotel's location was ideal as it was in a central district with easy access to shopping and dining. the pool area was well kept and provided an inviting place to relax.
Poor Customer Service and Expensive Wi, Fi Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was not good. the staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, which was disappointing.
